This is our second time we used Irene. On both purchases she has saved us thousands of dollars. We paid way under the asking price both times. We built a new home in Penticton. She put a contract together for us that included GST, plus help design all the extras that went into the home, (which turned out way beyond our expectations) and the builder accepted it. She is easy to talk to, very friendly knows all the aspects of the realty business. Best of all she's there for you. I've called her very late at night and very early in the morning, and she took care of my needs and my worries. You want to make yourself some money call Irene. If a deal is going bad she will tell you to walk away. How many realtors would do that? She is really working for you. Remember she doesn't get paid until a deal is done. So to tell someone it's not worth it and to walk away says a lot in my eyes. When you hire Irene, not only do you have a very very knowledgeable realtor in every aspect but you also have a good friend for life.
